This policy explains what information Janessa Prince Reading Tutoring (Janessa Prince LLC, "I", "me") collects through janessaprince.com, why I collect it, where it is stored, and the choices you have. I collect as little as I can and never sell your information.

1. What I collect

When you fill out a form, I collect what you type: usually your name, email, and phone number, and sometimes your child's grade, the kind of help you are looking for, your city, preferred times, the scholarship you use (if any), and a short message.

Forms never ask for a diagnosis, school records, or your child's full name. Please don't include medical or diagnostic details in messages.

When you book a fit call on my online booking calendar (Google Calendar appointment scheduling), Google collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, and phone. If you request a call through a form on this site instead, I collect the details you enter, as described above.

I also record how you found the site (for example, the page you started on and any campaign tags in the link) so I know which pages are helpful.

2. Why I collect it

To reply to you, schedule calls, and provide tutoring you ask about.
To send what you asked for, such as the Step Up tutoring checklist, your quiz results, your budget plan, or application reminders.
To send occasional emails about Step Up For Students and learning, only if you checked the box to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site secure and stop spam.

3. Children's information

This site is for parents and guardians. I only collect general information about a child, such as grade and the kind of help needed, and only from a parent, guardian, or a referring professional with the family's consent.

4. Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that only I can access.
Emails and email lists are sent and managed with Resend.
Bookings are handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
Spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. To limit repeat spam, the site stores a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for a short time, never the address itself.
Site analytics use privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you across sites.

5. How long I keep it

I keep inquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, and then delete it. Scrambled IP records used for spam protection are deleted within a day.

6. Sharing

I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not share it for advertising. I share it only with the services listed above, which process it on my behalf, or when the law requires it.

If you pay through Step Up For Students, Step Up's own privacy policy covers the information you give Step Up and the Education Market Assistant (EMA). This site is an independent guide and is not affiliated with Step Up For Students.

7. Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email.
Ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. I will respond within two days.

8. Changes

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of the page.
